Dental Implant Applications
Dental implant is a branch of dentistry in which titanium artificial roots are surgically placed to replace missing teeth. At Bulut Dental, all implant procedures are carefully planned under local anesthesia to avoid pain.

Before the procedure, your bone structure is evaluated with regional digital radiographic and 3D tomographic imaging and the ideal implant location is determined. After local anesthesia, the implant socket is prepared with atraumatic burs into the bone through a minimal incision made in the gum tissue and the implant is placed. The area is closed with a few thin sutures and the procedure is finalized. In appropriate cases, you are prevented from feeling pain during and after the operation, which is completed within 15-20 minutes; if necessary, your comfort is fully ensured with prescribed medications.

Sutures are removed after one week on average. The process of fusion (osseointegration) of the implants with the bone takes 2-3 months. After this period, the design of the crown or bridge prosthesis that will complete the missing tooth is started. In some suitable cases, your temporary teeth can be placed on the day of implant placement or the next day within the framework of the "immediate loading" protocol.

In cases of insufficient bone volume, additional procedures such as bone grafting and sinus lifting can be performed pre-implant or simultaneously with the implant. Although these additional procedures may prolong the integration time up to 4-6 months, they provide the necessary conditions for long-term stability and function.
